The Junction Health Centre
Putting patients first

We’re always trying to make our healthcare services even better, and our patients are the best people to help us to do this. Our regular Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) are a great way to make a difference to healthcare in your local community, and we’d love you to join a group.

PPGs help us in all sorts of ways, from ensuring that the information we produce is easy to understand, through to coming up with new ideas for services, or how we deliver them. Simply contact us at enquiries.thejunction@nhs.net to find out more and get involved, or fill out the form attached to the Patient Participation Group leaflet and return it to our reception at The Junction.

Please contact the practice on 0333 200 1718 or email enquiries.thejunction@nhs.net if you would like to attend.
