A new way to order repeat prescriptions

Ordering repeat prescriptions couldn’t be easier. You can now order online via our secure website. Or if you’d prefer, you can still submit a written prescription request to our reception team.

What you need to do – three easy steps

  • Contact reception to request access to the online service. We can only give these details to you in person due to security reasons.
  • You will get a username and password, which you need to activate on the secure website.
  • You can now order prescriptions online. These will be ready for you in 48 hours. Or if you’ve requested your medication is sent to a pharmacy, please contact them directly to see if it’s available.

Repeat prescriptions – FAQs

Unused medications

We follow new national guidelines to stop wastage of unused medications, and so only provide a 56 day supply of medication in each prescription.

Review date for your medication

Remember to check the review date at the bottom of your repeat medication list. If this date has expired, you will need an appointment with your doctor before any further medication can be issued.
